Here are some examples current and past projects
Traveller's Tairing link Travellers Tairing was a six month project-based collaboration which tool place over 2005 and 2006 with Liverpool’s Irish Traveller Community based in the city’s first legal site called Tara Park. This project , funded by Mersey Broadband, aims to digitally reflect the lives and experiences of this community, particularly the young people.
i am here link

I Am Here was part of the Liverpool Culture Company’s 2006  ‘Four Corners of the City’ programme, through which cultural organisations collaborated creatively with Liverpool neighbourhoods experiencing rapid change, upheaval, and high rates of residential turnover.

ICDC worked in partnership with East Liverpool Neighbourhood to create an interactive map of the community. Members of the community participated in the project by using their mobile phones to document their heritage, hopes and experiences.

The project used an application created by
Onteca Ltd, and artists Hamilton and Southern which uses mobile and GPS technology, and Google Maps, to upload multimedia content to an interactive map. ICDC trained residents to use digital technologies such as video cameras and mobile phones to capture and create content and upload it to the map.

Pocket Pictures link

Pocket Pictures aimed to engage 8 diverse community groups across Liverpool and encourage participants to celebrate their individuality, identity and culture through enabling them to create a series of pictures taken with a mobile phone and upload them onto a specially designed website.

The project was funded by Liverpool, European Capital of Culture's Innovation and Development programme which aims to increase access to Liverpool’s diverse arts media through partnerships and participation using innovative approaches.
